I know our dog is smart

But it is seriously scary when he, at 10 months old, has a better sense of the phrase "use your inside voice" than a 4 year old at Target.

    Our beautiful puppy, who happens to be part of the herding breed, is incredibly smart (said unbiasly (sp?) "the regular dog knows a thousand words, the herding breed knows 1000 sentences". Wyatt knows a thousand and one sentences. The extra one being, "Wyatt, please chew your bone on the carpet, not the floor". Damn he's smart!
